Born and raised in El Dorado, Arkansas, Ann  has cultivated a passion for painting since childhood. Beginning formal art lessons at the age of five, she initially defined herself as an abstract artist. However, her artistic journey has evolved over the years, reflecting her continuous exploration of style and expression. 

From portrait commissions to funky personal pieces she still creates today, Ann's versatile style seamlessly blends elements of abstraction, realism, and design. Whether capturing the essence of a person, the energy of a landscape, or the intricacies of interior spaces, Ann's work is characterized by her unique and imaginative interpretations.

After earning a BA in Film & Media Arts from Southern Methodist University, Ann worked in both film/television casting and talent management in Los Angeles, where she continued to hone her painting skills. Returning to Arkansas in 2017, she made the decision to focus on painting full-time, allowing her to fully immerse herself in her creative passions.
